Baking and Pastry

The International Baking and Pastry Program, offers a broad array of baking and pastry theory and practical experiences necessary for success in the food service industry. All courses emphasize laboratory activities, with extensive periods of hands-on practical experience in professionally equipped culinary laboratories.

Conveniently located between Baltimore and Washington, DC, this Baltimore area school’s dedicated staff and faculty make the Columbia Campus of Lincoln Culinary Institute a smart choice.



Hartford

The Hartford campus of Lincoln Culinary Institute, a division of Lincoln Technical Institute, is located in the Lincoln Education Center at 85 Sigourney Street in Hartford, CT – just minutes off I-84. The campus sits on a main artery into and out of the downtown area, and is easily reachable through public transportation. The main building has dormitory style living space with seven modern teaching kitchens and a large production kitchen as well as two amphitheaters, a computer lab and a learning resource center. The Hartford campuses of Lincoln Culinary Institute, Lincoln Technical institute, and Lincoln College of New England are all housed within this location.

Shelton

At the Shelton campus, Lincoln Culinary Institute is equipped with professional kitchens, dining facilities and classrooms. The common student areas, such as the library, computer lab and student lounge, make this technical school a pleasant and rewarding place to learn.



Suffield

The Suffield campus of Lincoln Culinary Institute, a division of Lincoln Technical Institute and a branch of the Hartford, CT campus, is located at 1760 Mapleton Avenue in Suffield, CT off interstate I-91, a short ride from Bradley International Airport, and only a 1/2 mile from Six Flags New England. The campus offers training in professional kitchens as well as a formal dining room, where culinary students serve formal meals in classical European style to other students, guests, faculty, and staff as part of the educational process. This campus has a beautiful environment for career training and social life with wireless broadband available, a gymnasium and basketball courts.

The West Palm Beach campus of Lincoln Culinary Institute, a division of Lincoln College of Technology (LCT) is adjacent to the LCT, located at 2410 Metrocentre Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Lincoln Culinary Institute is nationally recognized, and provides a comprehensive mixture of knowledge and theory along with an exciting “hands-on” experience.
